An idiots guide to litespeed cache and Magento

Hi

I'm a complete idiot and would like an idiots guide to setting up Magento with Litespeed cache. My web host does not support varnish cache and from what I have read it would appear that LS can do just as good a job if not better.

I have a dedicated server with wiredtree with 16gb of ram. The website I am trying to turbo charge is keepitsweet.co.uk
