Default Easy Apache Replacement documentation

Hello

When 3.0 is released, I presume it will be a great idea to include very simple, step by step guide to replacing Apache on cpanel type hosted websites (and other configs).

This should cover trying out the LS server with default settings, making sure it works (including 'Tips' such as disabling firewall and iptables -- and how to do this), and finally when everything works, how to disable Apache on port 80 and making LS the default server.

Right now, I have to sift through numerous discussion threads and Wiki pages to get the info I want. A simple HOW TO guide would be heavenly.

Keep up the lovely work!
