cant switch to apache

Hello

i have the cpanel plugin
and i cant switch from lsws to apache
some sites dont work
i get the following error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

also tried to change owner of public_html and played a little with permissions , but that didnt help

lrwxrwxrwx  1 ammandjb ammandjb         11 Nov  4 12:52 www -> public_html/

any idea ?
