SecFilterSelective not working?
I'm trying to block users who don't have a user agent:
SecFilterSelective HEADER_USER_AGENT "^$"
SecFilterSelective HTTP_USER_AGENT "^$"
Neither work and yes I am using vhosts, no Apache. Any suggestions?
