Disable cgi when chmod file.cgi 755

hi,

I user cpanel + Litespeed

i was added

Quote:

<IfModule litespeed>
DisableCgiOverride On
</IfModule>

But chmod 755 file.cgi is file.cgi working

Can all help me disable ?
