[BUG] eAccelerator not compiling - CentOS 6.3, PHP 5.4.6, fresh install

Any idea of how to fix this:

/opt/lsws/phpbuild/php-5.4.6/eaccelerator-0.9.6.1/eaccelerator.c:1938: error: ‘eaccelerator_functions’ undeclared here (not in a function)

After that the installer crashes.

The current master branch supports PHP-5.4!

so this suggests you have to go github to get the latest eaccelerator source code and compile with php-5.4.6
