500 internal server , Cgi website

Hello :

my customer website , not open due 500 internal server error on LS .
but when switch to Apache problem resolved !

Server log :

2012-11-14 15:24:50.831 [NOTICE] [37.98.73.97:59077-0#APVH_share.liga.ir] Premature end of response header.

please guide ..
