errors in connection

I use Litespeed Web Server Enterprise v4.2.1 , how can I fix this problem and increase the connections on my webserver?
the server includes :
dual E5-2670 processors
64 Gig of memory.

I increased it , there is no error in my admin console now , but the websites are slow yet.
would you mind to mention what are the other things that I should check for increasing the speed of the websites in webserver?
my server's load average is > 5.82, 6.38, 5.93 ( of 32 ).

may find out some issues by just viewing it.

one unusual thing on the real-time stat is that there are many "Req in Processing" on quite some websites. if the website is for video or file downloading, then that's normal since one request need long time to complete.

another question: have you changed the default setting of
lsws admin console->Server->Security ?

it takes long time to open a website in compare with other websites .
it takes long time to start loading a website.
and it takes long time to finish loading a website in compare with other websites.

yes thats true. some of the websites of this server are for file downloading .

it's a bit strange about the slowness by looking at the real-time stats.
may be iowait high ? please paste the "top -c" result here.

looks like your server's bottle-neck is mysql database: 292.3% CPU

to verify this, you can put a phpinfo.php page under a slow site's document root, when you feel the site slow, access phpinfo.php, see if it's fast. this is because phpinfo.php has no access to database; if phpinfo.php is fast then problem is not at web server, most likely mysql database slow down the whole site.
