i have issue with work litespeed or Switch to LiteSpeed

when make

Switch to LiteSpeed

LiteSpeed Web Server Control Operation ... Switch to LiteSpeed

Stopped Apache.
LiteSpeed started successfully.

Apache port offset has been set to 0.

Switched to LiteSpeed. (PID = 13180)

work in task 5 s and see that error in my site :-

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

when back to see plug i see LiteSpeed is not running. Apache is not running.

please help me to fix my issue
