multiple 503 errors

Hello,

On many our sites in logs we see such errors like this one below:

2013-02-11 10:12:29.870 [INFO] [x.x.x.x:40365-0#APVH_www.****.eu] connection to [/tmp/lshttpd/APVH_www.****.eu_Suphp.sock.069] on request #1, confirmed, 1, associated process: 21442, running: 0, error: Connection reset by peer!

2013-02-11 10:12:30.252 [INFO] [x.x.x.x:40365-0#APVH_www.****.eu] connection to [/tmp/lshttpd/APVH_www.www.****.eu_Suphp.sock.044] on request #0, confirmed, 1, associated process: 24904, running: 0, error: Connection reset by peer!

and this one:

of course Litespeed restarts almost every 1 minute...

How to solve this problem?
