Default Website not showing up on creation

Hello,

We have been using litespeed for 10 days now, and we have found that all new websites we create with cPanel do not show up when they propogate. Ex. www.whrdesigns.com. Why is this?

Erik

What billing software are you using? WHMCS?
Have you checked the httpd.conf generated by cPanel to make sure the configuration for that site is there?
Have you set "Auto reload with configuration changes" for LSWS?
Will a manual restart of LSWS fix it?

We have set everything correctly, if we disable litespeed, and have apache take over it shows up fine. Litespeed's config is not updating at it should to the httpd.conf.

Are you using the port offset feature to have Apache on 79 and LSWS on 80? If so, what port is in the httpd.conf for the newly created site (in the VirtualHost container)?

We have apache completely disabled, and lsws is on port 80. The new site has port 80.

There might be compatibility issue between the latest cPanel release and 3.2.4, I will make the 3.3 release package available soon, please give it a try.
I assume that LSWS is configured to use Apache httpd.conf directly, right?

Correct. I love litespeed, and I am going to buy it if this issue can be fixed. I have 7 sites on this server and only 4 work. Thankfully the two that don't are mine.

OK, the latest 3.3 package has been uploaded:
http://www.litespeedtech.com/package...6-linux.tar.gz

For 64bit package, just change i386 to x86_64 in the link.
If the problem persists, please send the httpd.conf to bug {at} Litespeedtech {dot} com for analysis.
