Problem in load pages

Hello
I have problem in my litespeed
i use litespeed more than 6monthes
When i click on "Check Status / Refresh" in License Management i see :

Current License Status:

[OK] Leased license key 1 will expire in 25 days!

So my license look like ok :-?
But when i click on "Switch to LiteSpeed"

LiteSpeed Web Server Control Operation ... Switch to LiteSpeed

Stopped Apache.
LiteSpeed started successfully.

Apache port offset has been set to 0.

Switched to LiteSpeed. (PID = 37080)

So my license and litespeed is ok !
but when i switched to litespeed it's not work !
and i see "The connection was reset" and admin panel ip:7080 don't work

what is problem ?
what happening ?

any change made recently ? please review latest change and see if can revert back. and how about switch back to apache ?
