Latest 4.0.10 enterprise - PHP doesn't run on temporary URLs

Php used to run on temporary urls (ip/~username) but as of the latest 4.0.10 it doesn't appear to do so.

As an example here is a real world example that used to work but no longer does:
http://boreas.mddhosting.com/~status...action=phpinfo

Is this a setting that needs changed or a bug?

I see that it works under the hostname only however not under any other domain that is actually pointed at the server.

So if the hostname was server.yourcompany.com you can use http://server.yourcompany.com/~account/ to access an account using PHP however you cannot use http://www.yourcompany.com/~account/ - was this an intended change?

On one of the servers I can access it via http://IP.address.here/~account/ where as on two others this does not work (all with the exact same build).

This has worked in the past so I'm not sure what change would cause this - you're more than welcome to do some investigating on my servers if you need.
