Question regarding CMS

Hello

I have a question regarding standard version, some faq's that many newbies like me ask about the standard version.

1 - I think most people are using CMS meanly Joomla so I ask if this CMS may work fine with the standard version ?

2 - In Joomla there is enable cache option, I see in the standard version there is no support for cache, does it mean that this option may not work ?

3 - I want to use the standard version for my VPS running on one CPU multi cores 'actually four', I see there is no version for x64 bit OS I use is Debian.
Does, the x86 standard version is compatible for my hardware configuration ?
