cpanel php 5.2.10 l,tespeed 4.0.10 making error

hi I using cpanel and php 5.2.10 and litespeed 4.0.10

all sites making the server is temporarily busy, try again later and 503 error.

but I using php 5.2.9 litespeed is running stabil.

there are some posts in this forum saying php5.2.10 not stable.
