PHP suEXEC Max Conn per virtualhost

Is it possible to set the "PHP suEXEC Max Conn" setting differently on a virtualhost level when configured from apache config?

I've also been trying to find a list of apache equiv directives to tune different litespeed settings from my apache config, but cant seem to find anything.
