[solved] Switch to Apache config and complex php won't run?

I just switched to using the Apache config settings and suddenly none of my conplex php files run.

I can get phpinfo.php and apc.php but the front page (Magento) won't load, it gives a 503 error.

Any thoughts?

check if phpinfo() match.
can get phpinfo at command line:
/usr/local/lsws/fcgi-bin/lsphp5 -i

This is solved: I had recompiled with Apache config and missed a setting.

magento-check.php found the problem
