Administrator Email Notifcation

Is LSWS supposed to email the administrator when the server is automatically restarted due to a 503 error? I feel that it should, since this is a pretty serious error and I definitely want to know when it happens. I have my email address entered, but I never seem to get any notifications for these errors.
