Fatal error: Out of memory

i m using lite speed since last 3 month some time i m using apache but right now i m using litespeed but facing error , in my site search bar

even i set in whm , php memry limit 256M and now i just increase the limit to 300M

but i m facing still same error , there is any settings in webconsole

of lite speed , Please guide me about this , i m using lite speed defult setting

in vbulletin forum with vbseo and memcache

Error is

please try to increase Memory Soft/Hard Limit of lsphp5 in lsws admin console

Server->External App->lsphp5->
Memory Soft Limit (bytes)
Memory hard Limit (bytes)

Memory Soft Limit (bytes) 550

Memory Hard Limit (bytes) 650


and Php limit in 256M in whm ,

Please guide me now its Fine ?


but still error is Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83 bytes) in /home/desicor1/public_html/includes/functions_search.php on line 614

please continue to increase it by 50M or 100M step ...

the error should disappear in many cases.
