then run it wherever you installed lsws!
it simply meant to run the bin/lshttpd -V command in the root directory of your lsws install.
the default installation is in /opt/lsws ...
you should be able to derive the needed command for your environment.

Are you using a control panel?
to use it as 1-CPU license, you need to create all the listeners explicitly and bind all of them to process 1.
