Default 503 errors since 4.0.12
Hello,

I receive 503 errors since I've switched to 4.0.12.

I've switched back to 4.0.11 now and anything works fine.

I had also the same problem. After adding below line to Environment of PHP External App evering goes fine:

LSAPI_MAX_PROCESS_TIME=300

Please try the latest 4.0.13 release. if 503 still happens, we can take a look at your server.
