Proxy on a specific IP adress

Hi

one of my customers use Rapidleech on his host and one of the file hosting banned my server IP address, so what i need to do is to use a proxy server to change the IP before connecting to the other server, his host have a separate IP address from the other websites and i use cpanel, so i was wondering if such a thing is possible using litespeed
