Lite speed doesnt start

Hello Sir,

i have installed lite speed in my forum, but its not starting at all.

[root]# /usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl start
[OK] Lease License key #1 will expire in 14 days!
[ERROR] LiteSpeed Web Server is running!
[ERROR] Failed to start lshttpd!
[OK] Lease License key #1 will expire in 14 days!
[ERROR] LiteSpeed Web Server is running!
[ERROR] Failed to start lshttpd!

[root@ks306479 bin]# ./lswsctrl start
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12222.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12259.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12299.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12337.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12376.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12414.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12449.
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 14 days!
[OK] lshttpd: pid=12486.

but finally it says
[root@ks306479 bin]# ./lswsctrl stop
[ERROR] lshttpd is not running.
[root@ks306479 bin]#


Please anybody help me out
