Default detect loop redirection
#APVH_domain.com:lsapi] detect loop redirection.

I get a lot of those, what do they mean? Is it just because I use the httpd.conf for vhosts?

Should be loop redirection caused by rewrite rule or RedirectXXXX directives in .htaccess for that domain.
