check /etc/httpd/logs/suphp_log and see if anything related to that .htaccess file.

Well i reinstalled whole OS and then i reinstalled LiteSpeed Still its the same , the PHP Handler Problem

Hello , i also get error when i compile PHP, and the PHP is working a bit but it is not connecting to the database
