Default Another Internal Redirect issue
After the internal redirect a few times I have seen a server generated error page

starting with

"Were sorry but something went wrong......

there is nothing in the log file... I'd say it has happened 3 times in 50 redirects.

If it is in RoR log, you should trouble shoot the internal redirect code, maybe need to terminate the request properly.
