Urgent Help with Listener Error needed..

2009-06-26 07:31:06.764 ERROR [/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/****/httpd.conf:48] Listener for <someip>:<someport> is not available

this error is coming for all my domains on the server in LiteSpeed.

Its been 3 days and no error like this had come in LiteSpeed..

NVM Solved. I stopped Apache 2 times. The error came
But when the 3rd time i hit it.. It stopped lol..

Anyway.. if anyone gets this error just remember your APACHE on the server needs to be stopped.
