Litespeed 4.1.13 - xcache cannot be used by W3 Total Cache

I have disabled xcache and apc in php.ini...

but i see which i never faced before.. tht ram being consumed like crazy...

it was below 300mb always now its reaching to 800mb.. whts wrong?

run 'top -c' and see which process consume the most resource (cpu, ram, etc). paste the screenshot here.
