lsphp and graceful restarts

Hello, I would like to ask if lsphp suffers from an issue that affects mod_fcgid on apache.

The problem is described here:

I don't think litespeed has this problem since I didn't notice anything similar in my tests, yet I would like to hear from the developers about this.

No, LiteSpeed does not suffer from this problem.
All pending requests should be finished by previous instance of lshttpd/lsphp.
