movable type not working

I'm new to litespeed, my hosting services gave me the option to change to litespeed.

Now I installed litespeed in my localhost and got rid of apache, the problem is that the browser wants to download the .cgi.

Then in my second try I tried to put it in cgi-bin and it gave me a lscgid: execve(): Exec format error

Although I want to run it in a normal folder (without using cgi-bin) any solutions to this?

EDIT: Nevermind sorry for my haste, I set it up in cgi-bin and managed work it out
