[solved] [ERROR] Invalid serial number!

hi.

when i try to activate the new serial.no i bought, i get this error:

[ERROR] Invalid serial number!
2011-07-08 02:55:38.491 [ERROR] [LICENSE] License key operation failure: ERR DQ.1: fail to process

what can i do?

My trial.key is ending tomorrow and I don

make sure serial number is cut and pasted correctly.

i have make sure several times. even try copy and paste from the email you sent.

still same error.
