Failed to open cgid.sock

Hello,
some times LS 4.1.13 crash and it cannot autorestart because in my error log i found this error:

I need to restart it by /scripts/restartsrv_httpd because Web Interface doesn't work.

There is a fix to this error?

I need who autorestart is working well.

What is your server platform ?

I use Centos with cPanel and LS 4.1.13

Pls pm server temp root ssh access if you would like. We need to look into it.
