suddenly 503 error occured :(
I have about a month using LiteSpeed and no problems, then suddenly 503 error appeared on my web, and it is very likely to occur, which make a server restart itself after 503 occur, if anyone can help me, I've tried separately raise the php.ini memory_limit to 64, but still does not work

You need to undo the change to your PHP setup, upgrade/downgrade, opcode cache, etc. If you made changes to LSWS configuration, restore it.
try a reinstall of LSWS to start from fresh.

but when I see real time reports, sometimes only a few hours of uptime, it could mean down and I do not know: (

That's because PHP crashes while processing the request, you need to check stderr.log, see if anything related.
As the request url has been logged, you can give it a try see if you can reproduce the 503 error, if you can, you can trouble shoot it further with strace and core dumps.
