LiteSpeed & Apache running together

Hi
I need Lite-speed & Apache running @ same time not for short time like when you fresh install
i need
Lite-speed @ port 80
And
Apache @ Something like 8080
Because i need to Send Some of my request and Cron Job to Apache


Or anybody can give me command how to switch between Apache and lite-speed from command line so i can make shell script for it my Cron Job start @ 1 A.M to 8 A.M so if you give me command i can switch to apache @ 1 a.m so my Cron Job Completed @ 8 a.m And system Switch back to litespeed
