Default free version for Linux 64bits?
On download page, there is only version for x86 (32 bits?). Is there any free version for CentOS 64bits?

no there isn't. but you can usually run the 32bit version on x64 too if you install some compatibility libs.

I'm not using CentOS and these are named differently on each distribution sorry.
usually they are named something with "compat".
