Default any problem with installing Zend Optimizer?

I was going to try installing the Zend Optimizer tonight because it apparently does a better job than the basic optimizer in eaccelerator and works well with eaccelerator's opcode cache.

Since I already have zend opt. in the apache setup I am leaving dormant on my server, do I have to worry about any kind of file placement conflict? Will I be able to have two copies on the disk, one for Apache's php and one for LiteSpeed's php?

Thanks for any feedback.

If PHP version is the same, they can share the same copy I think.
