those errors should not make all vhosts stop working, just related vhosts.
Please run LiteSpeed on a different port with "Port Offset" so you can verify whether it works or not.
Please post more information regarding the vhost having problems.

ya I ran it on port 1080. After this morning I totally uninstalled it and installed again a few minutes ago, same default server page http://nix101.com:1080/

I imported my httpd.conf, checked the vhosts they look fine and show the proper path.

I hope to get this working because I will be purchasing it if I can. Im in deperate need of this http server as Im having some load issues with apache. It installed in one of my cpanel servers flawlessly but there was only about 30 sites on it.
I installed on my directadmin server and had to uninstall because a client, so I got rid of him and tried to install again and it just got 404 errors on every site.

Anyway I guess the most important server now is this one. Ive done everything on the wiki
I think now it is starting twice somehow or something
2007-06-19 16:10:20.022 ERROR HttpListener::start(): Can't listen at address 72.20.15.158:1080: Address already in use!
2007-06-19 16:10:20.022 ERROR HttpServer::addListener(72.20.15.158:1080) failed to create new listener
2007-06-19 16:10:20.022 INFO [/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:362] Failed to add listener [72.20.15.158:1080].

But still getting the default server page ;(
Im gonna try and reinstall once more

If you dont mind, you can PM me a temp root access so I can take a look, it is the fastest way to get the issue resolved.

You should not import your Apache httpd.conf during the installation, maybe you did not, just a quick remindar.

I guess I knew what is wrong, go to LiteSpeed Admin console and remove the "Default" listener which uses port 1080. restart, it should work.

You are welcome.

After remove the default listener 1080, it works now.
You made two mistakes during the installation,
First, you use 1080 instead of 8088 for normal HTTP service, then use "port offset" = "1000", end up with port 1080 as well, so it conflict with the default listener.
second, you imported your Apache configuration during installation, you should NOT do that if you use LiteSpeed together with hosting control panels.

Glad you like our solution. Please help us spreading the words if you don't mind.

You'd better do a fresh reinstall without importing Apache configuration during installation. There are a lot of Apache vhosts not supposed to be configured in lsws/conf/httpd_config.xml.
