Partial page loads

I'm having a problem in certain applications where part of a page loads.
You can see this here:
www.distechtalk.com
or here:
www.disboards.com/vbb.php
If you do a view source you can see exactly where the second page "broke"

Is it possible a setting in litespeed is causing this?

I think it is a PHP issue, maybe a missing PHP module, if you use Zend extension manager, please make sure the permission of addition extension configuration directory have been set properly. Please check error.log and stderr.log for any error messages related.
