Default xcache/apc die after 1 php page

Hello,

I'm in the process of building a new server and I have a very strange error. If I load either APC or XCache I can server up exactly 1 php page and then php crashes with 503 errors. We're running with LSWS suexec.

Any thoughts?

Frank

ho humm. Can't say why, but APC was crashing php with a segfault. Switched to eAccelerator and things seem fine.

I think eAccelerator is still the most reliable one.

Yea, the only bad part with eAccelerator is that is also creates disk files. This causes our backup software to go a bit nuts.

You can set the disk file to location like /dev/shm.
