both 200.0.0.0/8 and 200.* should work, you need to use comma ',' to seperate multiple entries.

Thank you i gues it was the commas that let this nice feture did not work.
Now I got

for access list

ALL,209.185.253.*T,209.185.108.*T,64.68.82.*T,
64.209.181.52,64.208.33.33,64.209.181.53,66.249.64 .*T,
216.239.*T, 66.77.73.*T,66.196.93.*T,64.157.137.*T,66.77.73.*T

and for denied list

200.*, 201.*, 202.*, 203.*, 206.*, 207.*,
209.*, 211.*, 212.*, 213.*, 216.*, 217.*,
218.*, 221.*, 164.*, 80.*, 82.*, 193.*, 198.*,
199.*, 64.*, 61.*, 62.*, 63.*, 66.*, 54.*, 4.*

Will this config work?

Let me ask another question.

lets say I wanna block all ip address but allow certain ranges such as
81.*, And 85.* all other ips begining with different ip ranges will be locked
can i achieve this by

writing 81.*, And 85.* at the allowed list
and Write ALL at the denied list?

I appriciate your quick rfesponse and still waiting for Vbulletin 3.5 compatible version of LiteSpeed which will enable me to purchase a professional version.

thnx[/b]
