Default My server is under heavy ddos attack. (sync attack)

Hello,

My server is under heavy ddos attack. Server is completely DOWN!. This is a sync attack.
I thought that LiteSpeed can be used as an Apache replacement server to stop and control ddos attack, but It is unable to do so at this time.
Also I already read your documents about ddos attack, but not useful.
Please assist me. How can I configure LiteSpeed to stop attacks?

Regards,

If you are using standard edition, you should apply a trial key and try the enterprise. Only Enterprise edition is able to handle DDoS attack well.

Also, enable "syncookie" from your linux kernel if you have not enable it, please google how to do it.

echo "net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies =1 " >> /etc/sysctl.conf

you have to run sysctl -p command.
