how Can i on register_globals in litespeed server with php.ini file?

find out the location of php.ini from a phpinfo() page, then update the php.ini

How Can i edit this php core ? or any way to on this ? i am useing Shared hoting.

You can try

php_value register_globals on

in the .htaccess under your document root.
