new version announcements in the announcements forum ;)

I think it would be nice if new version would be announced in the announcements forum too

.

up to now I'm subscribed to the freshmeat project and waiting for the auto-download to give me a mail.

I forgot, some change-history (fixed, added) would be nice too.
