LSWS 4.0 admin bug with libjpeg (again?)

It seems an old bug is rearing its ugly head again. I just tried installing 4.0 (free) in a new centos machine and the admin kept timing out and barking about not being able to link to libjpeg.so.62 in the stderr log. could it be the old problem of statically linking to that lib?
