Hello.. Seems there is a serious problem with .htaccess files... Sometimes they works, sometimes not.. One of my sites which uses .htaccess to "hide" real urls ( seo optimization ) doesnt work now. I had this problem before.. but i thought it was fixed. I use same .htaccess settings on 4 vhosts.. Near 16.00 Cet~ one of this sites started not to work..
here it is: http://proxy.us.pl for example http://forum.otserv.pl uses EXACTLY the same config ( .htaccess ) and i had SIMILAR issue 3~month ago.. Then just server restart helped.. This time it doesnt help.
What can cause this error? What happened?

after 40minutes.. it started to work.. i didnt do anything again. Im sure its lsws problem
That's strange, if you see any thing like that again, you can try "touch .htaccess" to force litespeed to reload the configuration, should be in effect in 10 seconds.
