What is Default Config "Use Client IP in Header"?

Hi,

I would like to know what is the default value for this setting? "Use Client IP in Header".

If is it NOT SET, does equal to YES by default?

I am having issue with users login to Vbulletin. These users are from ISP where many users share same IP to connect to internet.

I this may be the problem.
