Default Upgrade to 4.0.10. 408 Request Time-out. 503 Service Unavailable

I tried to auto-upgrade 4.0.9 to 4.0.10 4.0.10.
But I get errors. It is 408 Request Time-out or 503 Service Unavailable.

I go to admin console and click "Upgrade" link. Than I wait for long time 5min or more and get one of these errors.

I have ran that update script for many times before (for many previous versions) it work quick and cause no problem.

And I never got 503 error for other scripts

restart LSWS from command line see if everything back to normal.

/path/to/lsws/bin/lswsctrl restart

The default location in my experience is:
/usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl

Just to make things easy for you if you are not sure where to look and you didn't specify a separate directory (of which you should be aware).
