I dont know if its some attack or not but server sure is acting funny while its happening, load is low too
odd, wont even lemme post it here, it says bad request method and some funny chars, server is acting funny while its happening, getting semaphore denied errors as well

bad request method for crylic looking chars, I couldnt post em here, sent them via email. weird stuff

Should be just junk data being sent to HTTP port 80, I think.
