Default cPanel / Apache suexec_log and suphp_log

Is it possible to duplicate functionality for the suexec_log and suphp_log used by cPanel's Apache setup?

I got interested in this issue, so I asked to help sysadmins from soft-industry.com, the company supporting my dedicated server. They consider this issue meaningless, as they have never faced such modules for web-server (and they have been working with cPanel for a long time) and if these are files, than the functionality notion is not applicabe to them, as the log-files functionality consists in storing web-servers work results in it.
