4.0.14 Version Manager Upgrade

I run Enterprise v4.0.10. I understand there were some changes into file permissions from 4.0.10 to 4.0.11 that update manager could not perform. Are those permission changes handled by 4.0.14 update manager installer or should I just wget the updater and run it as root? Can I go straight from 0.10 to 0.14?

It is recommended to perform the upgrade from command line.
The admin console will run as the dedicate user "lsadm", you may need to change configuration file ownership if you put configuration file in directory other than lsws/conf directory.
